Mr. Hennick is the global Chairman, CEO and controlling shareholder of Colliers International. Jay is also the Founder, Chairman and the largest individual shareholder of FirstService and was the former CEO from 1988 to 2015. He is also the Chairman of Hennick & Company, a private family investment firm. In 1998, Mr. Hennick was awarded Canada's Entrepreneur of the Year, and in 2001 he was named Canada's CEO of the Year by Canadian Business Magazine. In 2011, Jay received an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from York University and in 2014, an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Ottawa. In 2019, Mr. Hennick was appointed as a member of the Order of Canada and received the International Horatio Alger Award. In 2024, he was inducted into the Canadian Business Hall of Fame.

Mr. Hennick also served as past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sinai Health System and Mount Sinai Hospital, in Toronto. Jay and his wife Barbara are also active philanthropists establishing the Hennick Family Foundation to support important causes in healthcare, education and the arts, the largest of which include: $50M donation to the Royal Ontario Museum in support of their revitalization and new vision plans; $36M donation to name Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital, the largest complex care and rehabilitation hospital in Canada; $10M donation to the World Holocaust Remembrance Centre (Yad Vashem) in Jerusalem, Israel; and smaller but significant benefactions include those to Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University and to the University of Ottawa.

Christian Mayer serves as Chief Financial Officer | Global for Colliers International Group Inc. effective January 2020.

Previously, Christian served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Treasurer | Global for Colliers, managing the firm’s external reporting, treasury and tax functions, as well as related areas in operations, governance and investor relations. Christian joined FirstService Corporation (the predecessor of Colliers) in July 1999, where he was responsible for external and internal financial accounting, reporting and analysis functions. In addition, Christian advised on a wide range of corporate finance and development transactions.

Christian is a Chartered Professional Accountant and began his career with the accounting firms Grant Thornton and PricewaterhouseCoopers, both in Toronto.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Elias Mulamoottil is Chief Investment Officer | Global. He manages Colliers’ investment team and program, including multiple direct report platforms, new strategic investments, and emerging tech investments. Elias previously served as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development for FirstService. He was responsible for executing FirstService's acquisition strategy as well as the formulation and implementation of its corporate strategy. Prior to joining FirstService, Elias was a partner at a Toronto based financial advisory and asset management firm, where he sourced and executed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions.

Elias is a Chartered Professional Accountant and began his career at Deloitte & Touche. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo.

Rebecca (Becky) Finley is the Chief Brand and People Officer | Global for Colliers International Group Inc, providing leadership and oversight of Colliers’ marketing, brand, communication, and people strategies.

Becky has extensive leadership experience in setting corporate strategy, driving innovation, and building high performing teams. Prior to Colliers, Becky served as Chief of Staff and Head of Technology, Telecommunications & Media at Facebook Canada, led the Office of the CEO at Maple Leaf Foods, was a Management Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, and worked as an Investment Banker with TD Securities.

Becky holds an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors and in 2017, she was recognized by the Boardlist as a top Canadian woman in tech. Becky also holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Mathematics and Education from Queen's University.

Matthew Hawkins serves as Senior Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary of Colliers Group International Inc. (CIGI).  Based in Toronto, Matthew has primary responsibility for CIGI's legal, corporate secretarial and regulatory status as a public company; major contracts and agreements, including those related to acquisitions, financings and other corporate development matters.  Additional responsibilities extend to oversight of any significant legal matters arising in CIGI's operating subsidiaries, with a focus on North America, but including CIGI's global operations, working closely with other members of CIGI's legal team and external advisors.

Matthew started his career at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in Toronto with a practice focused on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities offerings, and most recently worked in an in-house role at a TSX-listed pharmaceuticals company.

Lynda Cralli stands as a pillar of leadership and operational excellence in the corporate world, serving as Chief of Staff and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Colliers International Group Inc. With over 35 years of experience, Lynda provides strategic support and counsel to the Global Chairman & CEO and leads the operations of Colliers global head office. Lynda is instrumental in aligning the executive team and Board of Directors, fostering a culture of high standards in communication and organizational excellence.

Lynda’s impressive experience in corporate administration and executive management began with senior roles at FirstService Corporation including Assistant Corporate Secretary and Manager, Office of the Chairman & CEO and began her career as a legal assistant at Fogler, Rubinoff, a leading Toronto law firm. These experiences have provided her with a robust foundation in corporate law, office administration and executive support.

Her broad expertise encompasses executive management, corporate law support, senior office administration, investor relations, communications, human resources, corporate event planning, facilities management and administrative services. Through her collaborative leadership style, she ensures Colliers maintains its reputation for operational efficiency and excellence, empowering executives and staff to achieve organizational objectives.

Chris McLernon is the Chief Executive Officer, Real Estate Services | Global. Chris takes responsibility for client relationships, operational excellence, and overall growth within Colliers’ rapidly growing real estate services across 62 countries. He oversees Colliers’ Capital Markets, Leasing and Outsourcing & Advisory businesses globally, with emphasis on accelerating growth, enhancing global collaboration, and strengthening our unique culture and way of doing business.

Bringing a depth of experience in building and growing businesses in mature and emerging markets, Chris has played an integral role in growing Colliers into its current position. Previously the Chief Executive Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Chris provided strategic direction for the region, ensuring a seamless service experience for clients across our complete range of services, and grew its revenues 20-fold. He oversaw more than 30 acquisitions including Colliers UK, Colliers Germany, Colliers Italy, Antirion, IREA, Sadline & Albaek, Ovenia and The AOS Group from France. Earlier, he built and led Colliers’ Latin America business and was one of the top producers in Canada when he joined Colliers in 1987 as an office leasing advisor in Toronto.

Throughout his career, Chris has delivered exceptional service, fulfilling the real estate needs of major corporations such as Nortel, FedEx, Oracle, Cisco Systems, Compaq, Dun & Bradstreet, Ford Motor Land, and Microsoft.

Gil Borok serves as President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) | USA. In this role, Gil is responsible for managing the operations and finances of Colliers’ rapidly growing U.S. business.

Prior to joining Colliers as Chief Operating Office for the U.S. business in November 2017, starting in 2002, Gil served in a variety of Finance-related roles at CBRE Group, Inc. Since 2014 until his departure, Gil served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accounting Officer. Between 2010 and 2014, Gil was Chief Financial Officer of CBRE Group. During his tenure at CBRE, Gil was responsible for global Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Risk Management and Investor Relations. He was also the management liaison to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Additional professional experience includes Big 4 public accounting experience from 1992 to 1997 and a role as Chief Accounting Officer when he was with Dole Food Company from 1997 to 2002.

Gil serves on the boards of Crystal Stairs, Inc. and VBS Day School as well as on the Development Committee of the Anderson School at the University of California – Los Angeles. Gil is a certified public accountant in the State of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. Gil has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School.

As Chief Executive Officer for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Davoud is responsible for establishing and leading the strategic direction and delivering business expansion through the fulfilment of our Enterprise ’25 growth strategy. Davoud joined Colliers in an Executive Board role in 2012 holding the position of Head of EMEA Finance and Corporate Development. In 2017 he became Chief Financial Officer for the region, before becoming the CEO for EMEA in 2022.

Davoud supports organic growth through business line expansion, particularly in Capital Markets, Property Management, and Occupier Services, as well as strategic acquisitions that enable the EMEA region to build at scale. Notable examples include the acquisition of Colliers Italy, the expansion of Colliers’ Iberian Peninsula offering with the opening of a Portuguese office in Lisbon, and the strategic partnership agreement with Paragon.

Before Colliers, Davoud began his career at KPMG and then moved to FTSE 100 listed Group Reed Elsevier plc. Davoud also spent time working in the UK business of DTZ.

Since joining Colliers International in 1991, John has held various transactional, operational and innovation roles before taking the helm as CEO in 2006. In February 2020, he was appointed CEO, Asia Pacific. John is also part of the Global Executive team of Colliers International, working with a select group of highly motivated experts who have driven our enterprising spirit globally.

Brian Rosen is the President and Chief Executive Officer I Canada at Colliers, Canada’s leading commercial real estate services and investment management firm. In addition, Brian also has leadership responsibility for the U.S. Northeast Region Brokerage business. He joined Colliers in April, 2019 and assumed the role of CEO on March 31, 2020. In his role as CEO, Brian is responsible for driving growth and establishing the strategic direction of the business in Canada.

Prior to being appointed President and CEO in March 2020, Brian served as Chief Operating Officer I Canada at Colliers. An experienced General Manager, Corporate Strategist, Sales Leader, and Marketer, Brian worked at Iron Mountain for over a decade before joining Colliers, serving most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Canada. Brian has had extensive experience in both the US & Canada and prior to Iron Mountain was a Corporate Strategist at Avon Products and Management Consultant at Marakon Associates.

Brian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.

Luke Dawson is the Head of Global and EMEA Capital Markets for Colliers. He has over 17 years of experience with Colliers and over 20 years of working in the real estate industry, where he has be based in various locations across Europe, North America and the Middle East. In addition to his extensive track record in real estate transactions, Luke has deep experience in corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, asset management and business leadership.

As Head of Global Capital Markets, Luke is responsible for setting the global strategic agenda for Capital Markets, which includes advising clients, growing our global Capital Markets Platform, and connecting capital with opportunities across all asset classes around the world.

As Head of EMEA Capital Markets, Luke is responsible for executing regional strategy and driving the growth of the Capital Markets service line. He is focused on building and leveraging cross-border relationships at the decision-making level and working with our local teams to identify trends and opportunities.

Before leading the Global and EMEA Capital Markets team, Luke held regional leadership and Capital Markets positions across Europe. He led several significant cross-border transactions, extensively grew several businesses and is a well-known figure in the industry.

Andrew Hallissey serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Colliers’ Global Occupier Services business. He is responsible for executing the strategic vision, client experience, driving growth, and leading the global platform of regional and functional experts who provide exceptional service delivery for occupier clients across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. In addition to his global role, Andrew also directly leads Colliers’ Occupier Services business in the EMEA region.

Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the strategic real estate and workplace priorities for major corporations, having advised dozens of Fortune 500 companies around the world over the last 20+ years on developing real estate value creation and transformation solutions.

Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew worked for CBRE where he held a range of senior leadership roles within their Global Workplace Solutions business in Chicago, Hong Kong, New York and London.

David Juran is President and Chief Executive Officer of Colliers Mortgage. Under his leadership, Colliers Mortgage has grown to one of the largest privately owned multifamily mortgage lenders in the United States. Prior to joining Colliers Mortgage, David served as Senior Vice President of a regional investment banking firm for over 13 years. He has developed particular expertise in programs supporting the creation of multifamily housing, affordable housing and senior housing. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas.

Fabrice Henry is Chief Executive Officer and a founding partner of Astris Finance, a global investment banking firm specializing in infrastructure and energy transition projects. Fabrice has guided Astris’ expansion into renewable energy and new markets across Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, advising on more than 100 projects totaling over US$15 billion.

With decades of experience spanning financial advisory, M&A, and project finance, Fabrice has held senior roles at the Inter-American Development Bank and Dexia and began his career as a civil engineer in Hong Kong and with the French Ministry of Infrastructure. He holds a degree in mathematics from École Polytechnique and a master’s diploma in civil engineering and urban planning from École des Ponts et Chaussées. Fabrice is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and conversational in German and Portuguese.

Kevin Haney is President and Chief Executive Officer for Colliers Engineering & Design. He is responsible for the direction and execution of the firm’s strategic plan, administration of the technical disciplines and business development activities.

Kevin is a professional licensed engineer with over 25 years of combined experience in civil/site engineering consulting for retail, commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential developments. He possesses seasoned relationships with numerous municipal, state, and federal agencies, and has additional experience in litigation support. Kevin received his B.S. in Civil Engineering at Widener University.

Mike Cormier, P.Eng., is President of Englobe, one of Canada’s largest engineering and environmental services firms. Since 2019, he has led a team of over 3,200 professionals across the country, driving the company’s transformation and geographic expansion. He has been instrumental in advancing a culture of safety and broadening Englobe’s technical service offerings.

Mike joined Englobe in 2018 through its acquisition of Crandall Engineering, where he served as President. With more than 30 years of experience, he has overseen numerous high-profile multidisciplinary design and infrastructure projects across Canada.

A civil engineering graduate from the University of Moncton, Mike is active in several professional and community organizations, including ACEC-NB and the Capitol Theatre Board in Moncton.

Brent Thomas leads Colliers Engineering & Design in Australia. He is experienced in the planning, design and delivery of major urban development projects. He has specific expertise in due diligence and development advisory, project planning, scope management, Infrastructure Agreement negotiations, design management, cost estimating, tender and contract documentation, contract administration and Superintendent services.

Brent is a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ), Fellow of Engineers Australia, a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and registered on the National Engineering Register (NER). He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology.

Christopher (“Topher”) Merrill is Global CEO, Harrison Street Asset Management and serves as Chairman of the Board and the Investment and Executive Committees of the firm. Prior to co-founding Harrison Street, Christopher was a partner, owner and managing director of a large U.S. pension fund advisory firm where he developed the firm's presence in Europe, creating the first real estate funds exclusively targeting Central Europe, which became one of the top 10 performing global funds between 1996-2000.

Christopher was selected for the prestigious 2025 Horatio Alger Award and named 2022 Global Industry Figure of the Year by Private Equity Real Estate (PERE). He earned his MBA in the evening from the CASS School of Business in London, England.

Zachary (“Zach”) Michaud is Managing Partner & Global CFO, Harrison Street Asset Management. In his role, Zach drives firmwide strategic execution, inorganic growth, strategic partnerships, finance, capital markets and balance sheet initiatives. Previously, he was Colliers’ Co-Chief Investment Officer, managing the company’s investment team and program, including multiple direct report platforms, new strategic investments, and emerging tech investments. Prior to joining the organization in 2015, Zach was a senior investment professional at one of Canada’s leading private equity firms specializing in credit investing, distressed debt, operational turnarounds, and activist investing. He also worked as an investment banker in Los Angeles and worked on the trading floor at two large bank owned investment dealers.

Steve Gordon is Managing Partner & Global COO, Harrison Street Asset Management. With 35 years of industry experience, Steve will oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the firm and play an integral role in driving its strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Steve was a partner of DLA Piper US LLP, one of the world’s largest international law firms, where he served as Co-chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Fund and REIT practice groups. Steve earned his B.A. in Accounting and MBA from Michigan State University, and a JD (with honors) from the University of Michigan.
