Real estate industry leader to drive accelerated growth
MILAN, Oct. 16, 2024 – Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers announced today the appointment of Valeria Falcone as the Chief Executive Officer of Colliers’ real estate services business in Italy, effective February 2025. Falcone will focus on overall growth, operational excellence, and client relationships within Colliers’ rapidly growing Italian business. She will be responsible for accelerating growth across services and asset classes, with an emphasis on maximizing opportunities for clients and driving collaboration with other countries across EMEA to deliver enhanced, sustainable value.
Falcone brings a wealth of industry experience to Colliers, joining from Barings where she held several senior roles, the most recent being Managing Director and Head of Value Add Investing Europe. Other firms she has worked at include The Carlyle Group, Prelios, and Citibank Europe. She is also a board member of Confindustria- Assoimmobiliare and a founding member of the Association of Women in Real Estate in Italy (AREL).
